Hi, I am Kevin Vitali, I specialize in buying and selling residential real estate for my clients. I bring many years of experience to the table. I am currently one of the broker/ owners of EXIT Group One Real Estate. I have held my Real Estate License in Massachusetts and New Hampshire for 7 years. I have worked full time since entering the business and have had my hands in hundreds of real estate sales over the years.

Prior to entering the real estate industry I owned a cafe and a photogrpahy studio. My prior careers has brought many skills and abilities to my real estate career, including strong photography, marketing and customer service skills. I currently run regular trainings on the Internet, Technology and Real Estate for EXIT of New England. I also currently hold an autioneers license in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire and have a unique hybrid listing product that will get your home sold in a short period of time.
